About Cumin

Cumin Indian Fusion Cuisine, opened in September 2006, is the new version of Cumin Modern Indian Café. Cumin Modern Indian opened in December 2002, featuring chef/owner Yajan Upadhyaya's fresh and modern approach to Indian cuisine.

In early 2006, Yajan partnered with Alex Mchaikhi to take Cumin to the next level. Together they created Cumin Indian Fusion, with its elegant and bold contemporary style - in the décor and on the menu.
